A woman won her lawsuit Thursday against an Orlando police officer who pushed her down stairs. Officer Fernando Trinidad was accused of pushing Mrs. Jessica Asprilla. Mrs. Asrilla was represented by Andrea Armas.
The woman suing an Orlando police officer for pushing her down the stairs and then later having her thrown in jail took the stand on Tuesday. The city of Orlando was dismissed in the federal case on Tuesday, but the lawsuit against the officer, Fernando Trinidad, continues.
